Transportation options
By taxi: A number of taxi companies offer services at the airport.

By bus: The BWI SuperShuttle provides scheduled bus services to/from hotels in the central Baltimore area. The Airport Shuttle runs a door-to-door service covering Maryland. A Washington DC Metro bus service, the BWI Express B30, is also available from the airport to Greenbelt metro station in the capital.

By rail: The airport has its own train station, connected to the terminal by free shuttle buses. A light rail service operates to downtown Baltimore and Hunt Valley. Amtrak trains run to Washington DC, Philadelphia, Wilmington and Alexandria. MARC trains serve Baltimore, Washington DC, Prince Georges County, Anne Arundel County and Harford County.
